A restaurant in San Francisco was serving “cultivated chicken,” aka lab-grown meat, and it very much is not anymore. Nothing I’ve heard about lab meat makes me think it’s better for the environment.
7-11 was started in the U.S. but attained perfection in Japan. The owner of the Japanese 7-11s is thinking about expanding into the U.S. This must happen. Americans deserve onigiri too!
I don’t know, maybe it doesn’t matter if TikTok cooks* are good or not. It’s just mindless entertainment either way. *I will not call them chefs, though. That’s my line in the sand.
