As the food supply chain gets weird and we all become more homebound (these things may or may not happen), what will you grow in your pandemic Victory Garden? What do you grow already?
I grow a few of the herbs I use a lot (thyme, rosemary, sage, chives). I also planted a head of rhubarb a couple of years ago and I now have more rhubarb than I know what to do with!

I’m thinking about sowing some beetroot and then making rhubarb and beetroot ketchup maybe. Rhubarb wine has also been suggested.

I may as well try. It’s like the opposite of a scarce resource at this point :D
I grow basil, thyme, and mint. The mint is overwhelming. I also have grapefruit, lime and lemon bushes, but those haven't produced anything yet.
