It actually made me do a double take when I saw the words "spice bag" in my inbox!! There's little to no Irish content oh Substack at the mo, as far as I'm aware of anyway, so it was somehow jarring to see it in amongst all the usual US and UK suspects! So exciting! Now, onto a post about the infamous 3 in 1 .......
